I founded S. Dillon Consulting (sdillonconsulting.com) in 2011 in order to fulfill my passion for helping families affected by addiction.

Addiction is a brain problem, so perhaps the most interesting, exciting and effective result of developing a model to help those affected by addiction is the necessity to study the brain. That is, how it works, why it operates the way it does. And, most importantly how to change it from a negative habitual state to a positive one.

About 5 years ago, I incorporated my research, experience and extensive interviews with successful people into an entirely new program I titled Vision and Future Focus.

Vision and Future Focus is for anyone who wants to make positive life changes.

Vision and Future Focus Program has been extremely well received and effective! For the past four years, the program has had an almost continuous waiting list of eager participants, driven solely by word-of-mouth referrals.

I appreciate having had clients which include, executives, small business owners, actors, authors, college students, family members, politicians, pastors and others from various "walks of life."

Thanks for being here!

“I took Steve's Vision and Future Focus Program. The primary purpose is to connect people with their purpose and potential and how to effectively develop this new found knowledge to achieve relevant goals.

His course also teaches how to eliminate the negative, habitual loop, which is our default mode based on previous experience. This tremendously helped me fully realize failing was not an option and that all things aligned with my purpose and desires were possible.”
